I know its a late post (been really busy). We headed north on Sunday for our first Canadian trip of the year. Weather was ok, 80 degrees, 78 degree water. Fishing was slow to say the least for everyone. Charleston is a tough lake, but beautiful. Its a totally different lake to fish in my opinion.

Fourth of July traffic proved to be ridiculous......the lake is ten minutes from the border and it took us two hours at the border. I was actually worried about running out of diesel on the bridge or in line so I took a little trip to Gananaque, got back on from the TI parkway and was only a couple vehicles behind where I was.(the onramp cuts off quite a bit of the highway).

There were 17 anglers total and most of the fish that showed up were of the green variety.
