Craig: they are something like 84 and 83 lifetime against each other......much more of an even rivalry than Yanks/Mets, although, our baseball teams haven't met as many times.....

Craig,

Sorry but was born a NJ resident and in the early days when the Devils first came to Jersey I would watch them on their practice ice in Totowa, NJ. They moved to their new practice ice sometime after I got into HS and closed the old place down and made it into a Channel Home Center.

Oh and I am a AHL Pens fan, just not a NHL Pens fan :D

I know, I know doesn't make much sense, since Pittsburgh is their parent team.

BP, they gotta get rid of Milbury! I remember the great teams of the late 70's and early 80's. This team has no idenity. Yeah Yashin and Peca are big names, they haven't done squat and nobody fears these guys. Time for some changes. I bet that they would be a better team if they held on to their many promising young players. Bertuzzi, Luongo, Jokinen....etc. If I put my mind to it, there are around 8 to 10 players they've given up on only to haver them blossom into major talents.

My management may not be great but I have more confidence in slats than Mad Mike.

My thoughts Exactly man. Milbury Peca and Yashin are all overrated and we need to start over from scratch. last season i went to a playoff game and it was sad at how outplayed and outclassed they where by the Senators. Let's trade Yahin for Jagr, fire Milbury and trade Peca back to Buffalo for Satan. And then I'll wake up. :p
