Some guys are asking me what the main difference is between the tubes:

Wicked Tubes(double dip) are from Mizmo. This tube is fatter than most other brands and heavily salted. The hole in the tube is a good size and can handle any tube head or hook.

The new El Gordo Tubes are a true tripple dipped tube. It is amazing how you can actually feel the weight difference when you hold them. Being tripple dipped they have super thick walls and can accomodate a 5/0 hook. They also are salted. The main difference is obviously a thicker diameter. The cavity inside a tripple dipped tube is a little smaller than the double dipped tube. Here you might consider a smaller diameter tube head or a Texas rig with a big wide gap or EWG.

There is also a huge difference in the amount of tentacles the tube has, the big ones have twice as many.

I am some what confused...[easily done]...do you mold these tubes, or not?? You stated the "Wicked Tubes[double dip] tubes are from Mizmo". I am assuming that you repackage them then...or am I wrong.
Let me tell you guys....I got some of these "Wicked Tubes' from Craig this past summer, and they work great. Nice fat bodies give a nice baitfish profile.
I can't wait to see and fish the El Gordos.....I am putting an order together for the elf, Craig. Hopefully, she'll call or e-mail you in time....Ho, ho, ho

I put them them through a scenting process that forces the scent into the plastic. It is the same technique that Snoozers and several other companies that sell tubes use. The difference is that I charge a dollar less per 10ct.

I am not molding El Gordo either. I'm having it done for me by the only company that makes such as tube.....I'm assuming that other companies are going to start molding them though. The tube is going through the same scent process. And will be just as good if not better than the Wicked tubes.

The tubes need to be scented? Another words don't they get scented by the maker or are you adding scent on top of thier scent.

Mizmo claims to use a scent called the edge, when I get them they smell like plastic to me. I prefer to scent my tubes and to me, doing it is a natural process so that is why I decided to market scented tubes.
