Wild Bill

New(ish) guy here. Thanks for the heads up! I've followed your "exploits" on the Yamamoto forums. Pretty good stuff!
A question, if you would. Have you tried the "shiner" color (#326) on LI? Any luck?I'm looking to purchase some for next season.
Thnks,

Rich

LOL...

JohnG...Oh sure, just cause your getting all 'buff' now working out and dropping wieght, you gonna start to pick on us "calorically-challenged" LOL :D :D

Greg... They could care less probably, as long as sales stay at current levels....It was what Gary{the GYCB BOSS} likes that matters there, as he fishes tourneys, and he wans to win. LOL Actually, a new color{s} come out almost every month, and subscribers to their magazine INSIDELINE or e-zine get first cracks at these lures. I also gotta agrew with JohnG statement here" sometimes there was a really preferred Senko color". Personally, I think these three look real good. Time on the water for me will prove it......

Huge...I was almost expecting that....and would have been disappointed if you had not responded...LOL :D :D

Rick K....Yes, I highly recommend it.... #326 USED to be #905 and it is a killer color, especially in clear or tannic waters.....For you guys that don't know, it is clear plastic, with silver/gold/black flakes. I rip lips good with this color. Thanks for the kind words.

Leigh.....I knew that would interest you[based on hulks of 'dead bodies' I seen on your deck last year].... I got some the 'teacher' can use, after I pass Slider 101, that is......way better than a shiny apple on your desk, I figured. Nothing like bribing the teacher.... LOL:D :D

Hookpoint....I would assume you have seen the "PeanutButter and Jelly" Senkos out there on the west coast at the Cal-Delta.....#918, if you have not....[laminate] junebug/cinnamon with red flakes.
I'll probably be out to fish the Delta again this coming May.... I am a certifiable NCBF "nutcase".....:D :D

Bill: I am still FAR from buff!!!

yes, there are a multitude of colors, but what the hey, so you pick the one that you have the most confidence in...

however, and I will repeat, I have seen many a time where one specific color would thoroughly outfish other colors.....unless I took mine off and used the other guys colors, I would not catch fish....

that is not to say that that was the ONLY color that would have worked that day, but simply that it was one of the preferred colors.......

then , there have been days, where, just for fun, we would constantly switch colors and every single one would produce.....

myself , personally, I prefer the earth tones......

Add the black/blue to your list too, Craig.

If Im not catching on colors that Earthy mentions, they're probably not on the Senko!.....

I agree with Ew whole heartedly. Wild Bill the new colors are not sold to Inside Line or given first crack as you put it. Northern Bass Supply has had "Inside Line colors" on the shelf a week before my copy of IL got to my door so I buy them there and don't waste Shipping/handling money.

New Colors

When I'm done fishing for the day, I take all my used plastics and throw them in a bag, with some stink-um.

Some wild colors come up with the 'blending'.

When I'm feeling particularly tight, I take the bag and fish exclusively with the 'new' mix of colors.

They work!

Especially the white ones next to pumkin.

about the argument that was on this thread....everyone did get to air their views, so there is no need to keep it up anymore.....

Please: all involved do not post anymore about that topic, anything OTHER than Senko colors questions will be removed from this thread!!!

thanks a ton!
