It's about 29 degrees and snowing in New Hampshire right now = 4:40 PM Tuesday.

This weekend should be great silver buddy fishing on the big lakes - temps are forecasted to be in the mid 40's for the weekend. Those smallies always get excited when it snows and will begin their winter feeding frenzy.

Ted, don't call for it too loud, you just may get it :D

They are calling for that dreaded "significant lake effect snow possible" for Thursday into Friday.

On the way to Conesus the other morning I saw some on and off snow, enough to glaze over the backroads on the way there. No salt out there.....yet. Hopefully they will keep that crap off the road as long as possible!

I can't wait for the smallies to turn on here!! LOL!!

Over 21 lbs. isn't enough smallmouth for you?:D

I don't want to see any snow...... EVER AGAIN :cussing: ....... but "John/NH" said they would really "get excited and begin their winter feeding frenzy". I'm ready!!:D Man, we here in WNY can't complain. Not counting big Lake Erie, just about every other lake around here, is loaded with big smallies.

I saw the forecast, but it looks like we'll be in the clear by the weekend.

C'ya on the water,
Ted
