Just found and solved my PM Box Full problem once and for all and thought I'd pass on the solution for anyone interested...
I was deleting my messages, but only the ones in my inbox. Little did I know my sent items box was filling up as well. I finally figured that out and cleaned it out. That should solve the problem, but boy was it a head scratcher!
