The Norad site is cool.
Two years ago, one of my daughters insisted she was going to stay up and catch Santa. I told her he would not come if she was awake, but she would not believe me. This site saved me that year:

It has pages where the kids can see the big guy approaching, and an interface to Santa's "Children Awake" warning. When the girls heard Santa was in the neighborhood and had already skipped numerous houses because children were awake, they scurried off to bed. Those parts only work on Christmas Eve.
Right now you can get your naughty or nice rating, Santa updates, etc. :beerchug:
