reaching another milestone, my arms pumped are back to 18 inches....however, absolutely no definition at all......combined with the lack of tan and swollen, they look more like Polish Kielbasas! LOL......
had that measurement right before I hit 30, and then soon after was plagued by the tendinitis......
but you know, other than technique and over zealousness, to this day, I still believe the main culprit was>>>>>>VIDEO GAMES!
yes..Earthy if you are out there you can appreciate this: I used to sit on that Atari for literally 2 to 3 hours straight trying to turn over Missle command, until my arm was completely numb.....I think that brought me over the edge as far as the tendinitis goes....
back in the old days, I had the atari, the Bally machine, the Colecovision, and a self contained unit called VECTREX that had vector graphics, much like the arcade version of Missle command.....
my kids were the beneficiaries of my addiction.....even though I don't play anymore, we have since had every single silly machine that they have ever made......
every once in a while, they will unearth one of the old ones and then play it like mad for a few days...interestingly, when they do that, they opt for the older , more simplified graphics, but better playability units.......
Tuesday night, I will give in and take a front sausage shot and put it on here,,,,,just have to suck in the gut! LOL....no vanity in all of this, I just figure it will spur me on to continue with the diet and improve to where the pictures start to look good!
