Hi everyone. I’ve been out of the loop for a while as work and life have been in the way of fishing.

Does anyone know the status of the wait lists for closed Reservoirs?

I’ve been on list since 2016 and was in the low 400’s for Kensico, and around 150 for Cross River.

How much have these lists moved?

And also, I see they changed formats to a wait list form. When I got put on list, I called East of Hudson Boating office. Do my spots on the list still stand without having filled out a form?

Last year I heard it's a 10-year wait for Kensico, but don't quote me on that. I do know however the lists have been moving very slowly. Your best bet is to call the DEP boating office directly and ask.
