A klug is a homemade fix. Every HM I have eve.r owned has had a problem with its power connection. The cause is that the male plug attaché to the power cable does not slide far enough int it's slot in the base. Sometimes it's works and sometimes not. Some times when it quits you can slam the head down onto the base with the palm of your hand and it will power up again. The fix requires two small steps . First there is a small ridge at the top of the slot that prevents the plug from sliding all,the way through. It also prevents the plug from making good contact. Scrape it away so the plug can reach all the wat to the top edge. Now adjust the the tab on the metal piece the holds the plugs in the slots so the plug will reach the upper edge, That's it. The total amount of additional movement might be 1/32 of an inch but it's enough.
