Took off and fished Forge for 3 hours, didnt have the temp guage, but Im sure water temps must be in the 40's.

Pleco cove had some clumps of green grass here and there. Caught a 2 lb bass and a monster pickerel on a t -rigged tube.

Beautiful day on the water. Saw Mr. Chance a few minutes on the water. When I left around 1, I saw a Jeep with the plates 'AKO' at the spill way....hmmmm..who could that be...:)

Glorious day on (in) the water. Wasn't going to fish for any LM yesterday but.... decided to go "home"! Wanted to give thanks to the one body of water that has treated me so well this year! I did manage to wade Zone(s) I, II and then made it to Wildwood. Something about the Peconic that makes me smile each and every time I am on(in) that river. Did manage to make it to Grumman as well. No guard!:D . I got to see a few Red Tail hawks and as always that made my day;) . BTW- LM'S are still cooperating;)
