We're busy as hell, so work we must. Having an unusual mid morning coffee and donut as my lone consession to working this quassy holiday. Glad it is pouring out, as I would really be tempted to be on some water. Last year I was at BPS in Maryland on Black Friday, me and a few thousand other bargin hunters. What a zoo.

i'm supposed to be working, but i'm going fishing instead. my boss is out of town (Yes). then again, i fish when he's in town anyhow.

On vacation, but.......

......... am working harder than if I'd be at work. Took the week off to start on an indoor remodeling job. Right now, I'm tearing lath & plaster off the walls/ceiling. Anyone that's ever done that job knows what a "fun" deal that is. I hope to get out to the lake on Sunday before having to head back to my "real" job.

I'm home today and had plans of fishing somewhere if the weather was decent. It is raining cats and dogs here, and the little stream behind my house is to the top of its banks.......again. I'd hate to get the boat soaked right before a "freeze down" later tonight into tomorrow.
