How many of you use rattles in your tubes.

I'm to cheap to buy the jig heads w/ the rattles already molded in them.

Usually, I'll tie a glass/plastic rattle on the shank of a hook up by the weight - emulates the Laketown ones - or - make one out of a straw, heat and shotgun pellets and shove it up the rear of the tube.

Ive used BPS XPS Tube Rattles and had some modest success with them . They're round plastic thingies with beads in it.

I also found out that I can catch fish, even without the rattles. But maybe in dirtier water, its a good idea to create some noise to attract some attention.

Either way, cant go wrong...

Thanks for the evening laugh Craig. Needed a break from work (and I'm suppose to be off today ... that's another story)
