Titicus,

Now there is a lake that I have some very old but fond memories of ( fished it in the late 60's). I don't remember the highway ( maybe 121) but it runs up the left side of the lake from Purdys, past the dam and our hot areas were near a small island about a mile and a half from the dam.

We fished that entire area religiously and found some of the best smallies we ever caught in the lake.

We did venture up to the inlet area on several occasions and found some nice LM and that made it worth the long row from the area we kept the boat.

Glad to hear the lake is still a jewel.
