Got out with Joe(Release) this weekend for some reservoir fishing. Water temps were much warmer then I expected, temps went from as low as 62 to as high as 65, we had a few blips or rain throughout the day and wind was not too bad. At this time of year the sun plays a major role in staying comfortable on the boat, when the sun was shining, all was good in regards to temps, but when the sun was not shining, it was considerably cooler, to the point we had to break out hand warmers. The fishing was good , we got a few white perch off the bottom in 35-45 feet of water, but we had our best luck in water less then 15ft, on jigs, blades and jerkbaits. Here are some of fish we got throughout the day.
