I'm posting this for my fishing partner. He's currently selling his 2009 250 Pro XS. He was offered a killer deal on a 2019 Pro XS 4 stroke and decided to upgrade.
Motor runs perfectly. It has 481 hours on it, is a 20 inch shaft, and original powerhead.
Motor currently books for $8700. He is asking $7500 but will consider reasonable offers. Please no Lowballs.
Obviously it would be local pickup. Motor is in the Saratoga/Glens Falls area.

considering that a new one costs almost 20 grand, he might as well just sell the whole damn boat and start completely new......
my guess is that he spent a lot of time and money upgrading the electronics, and would rather just replace the motor.....JOHN G Forum Administrator
