I thought you might get a kick out of seeing my PB Rock Bass!!!! We went up to Toronto last week to visit my wife's family. Someone mentioned they knew a bass fisherman in their circles, introductions were made, and BAM!!! Adam got to go fishing on Lake Simcoe !!!!

We focused on Cook's Bay at Lake Simcoe. We fished mainly open water, weedy areas and mainly were using weighted Yum Dingers and Senkos.

That said, the fishing was quite tough that day. It was blue bird skies from early in the day and we could not get the fish to cooperate. I caught a few non Large/Small mouth types including this one pig rock bass (see pic) which weighed about 1.5. Man! I thought was a real bass, it pulled so hard! It was still a lot of fun to get out on a new lake with a new fishing partner!

Best,

Adam
