Made another trip out of Westport with my buddy George yesterday and it was decent.
We ended up with 6 keepers (over 16 inches) and a load of shorts fishing 10 to 25 feet of water with half Green Crabs and some frozen Asian leftover from our last trip.
Only caught a few shorts in the shallow water, had the most success in 18 to 22 feet. Water temp is still 59.

Started out with a 2 hook rig and was getting 2 small Black Sea Bass on each drop with the Asians so switched to the jig and half Green Crab and started to get some Blacks.
We fished at least 8 to 10 different spots but caught all of the keepers on 3 spots. Getting tougher to find the bigger fish. Did have a few just short of keeper size that fought like big fish, they are amazing.
Don't know if we'll be getting back to the salt, have to see what the weather brings.
